Pudak Scientific proudly becomes sponsor for the 17th annual International Conference of Youth Scientists (ICYS). ICYS is an international presentation competition of researches from young researchers (middle & high school ages) in the fields of Phisycs, Mathematics, Computers and Ecology. This competition is held every year in Europe with participating countries from Europe, America and Asia.

This competition is designed to seek for the potentials of young researchers who someday may contribute in scientific research and development for the better life of humankind.

Initially established in 1993 by two universities in Europe (Eotvos Lorand University, Budapest, Hungary and State University of Belarus, Minks, Belarus), when they invited middle school students age 14-18 to present their researches. In 1994 the forum became International Conference of Young Scientists (ICYS) and held annually.

Since 1994 to 1999 ICYS were held alternately in the two founding contries (Hungary and Belarus). However since 2000 the events were held in the participating countries of ICYS. Now there are 22 countries in Europe, America and Asia participating in the conference.

For 2010, the 17th annual ICYS will be held in Indonesia, starting from 14th April to 31st October, 2010, and Pudak Scientific proudly becomes one of the sponsor for the conference.
